Story Hour/Farm Animals

Paula says this week, they’ll read/look at two books about farm animals — The Farm Book and Who Lives on the Farm. The library has a little barn filled with plastic animals, so the children will play with them and try to make sounds like real farm animals. They’ll also sing The Farmer in the Dell and other movement songs, then color some animals and glue them near a barn in a sunny field. Phew! There’s a lot to do when you’ve got a barn full of farm animals! See you Wednesday, March 20 from 10:30 to 11:30.
