During September, we have a wonderful display of hooked rugs made (mostly) by local residents. We’re also displaying some of the hooking tools they use and a bit of rug hooking history. Here’s a small sample of some of the designs. Many thanks to our creative “hookers” for assembling the display. We hope you’ll stop by to admire their fine work.
The Book Club at North Gorham Public Library is reading The Midcoast by Adam White. Book Club meets on Monday, February 24 from 11:00 to noon. You're invited even if you haven't read the book.
A roaring good time at Story Hour this week! Paula will read The Lion Who Wanted to Love and the kids will use their creative skills to turn paper plates into lion heads! Wednesday, February 19 from 10:30 to 11:30.
